Marnie Morgan | Executive Director In June 2018, after 26 years of molding tomorrow’s leaders, 20/20 Leadership passed the torch to its new Executive Director, Marnie Morgan. Marnie holds a BS in Education from the University of Missouri – Columbia and completed her graduate studies in Family Studies at the same institution. She has more than 20 years of experience leading programs that impact the lives of young people for the University of Missouri, KU Medical Center and the State of Missouri. Most recently Marnie served as the Vice President of Advancement for Wentworth Military Academy and College. “Her passion for education and commitment to increasing program reach, make her the perfect person to lead 20/20 into the future,” said Marilyn Alstrom, founder and former Executive Director (1993 – 2018). Marnie is responsible for the development, implementation and expansion of the 20/20 Leadership program. |

Marilyn Alstrom | Consultant Founder (1993) Marilyn Alstrom holds a Masters in Public Administration from UMKC, BS in Business and Public Affairs from University of St. Mary and served as the Vice President at KVC Behavioral HealthCare from 1993-2003. Marilyn served as member of the Federal Reserve Bank Advisory Committee for Economic Education from 2006-2012, and President of the Village West Rotary at the Legends 2013-2014. Ms. Alstrom is member of the founding board of the Jefferson C-123 Education Foundation and served as chairman since 2008. Marilyn formerly served as Executive Director and now assists the organization as a consultant. |

Sally Dannov (2004) | Marketing Director Sally Dannov, Program Administrator, BS, formerly with Hallmark Cards for fifteen years, joined 20/20 Leadership in 2003 soon after the organization received its 501(c)(3) status. Ms. Dannov is responsible for measuring outcomes, marketing, technology, and strategic planning. Sally also assisted students in developing the Kcteenlink website focusing on health, education, careers, fashion, technology and “Real Talk”. Sally and students from F.L. Schlagle High School raised $35,000 to create the website. Students received the 2012 KANSAS--Young Entrepreneurs of the Year presented by the Kansas Department of Commerce and 2012 Missouri--Minority Enterprise Development Association--Youth Entrepreneur of the Year, as a result of Sally’s leadership. Sally joined the Board of Directors in 2004 and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2007-2010. |
